Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver safe, resident-focused transportation within the community. The position is full-time, 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday.

You will operate vehicles, manage requests in our digital system, coordinate schedules, and support events. Prior driving experience and a Missouri Class E license are required; training is provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License (Class E in Missouri) and Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems while assisting residents.
• Previous experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support entertainment and programming team with outings and events, including planning and logistics.
• Provide non-driving community support during off-vehicle hours, maintaining productivity.
