Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured, resident-focused transportation program within the community. This full-time role includes transportation coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

You will provide transportation services on designated days, safely operate vehicles, log requests in a digital system, and keep vehicles ready for use. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Prior experience in transportation or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours (designated days).
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal travel.
• Enter and manage transport requests in the digital system with accurate schedules.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and upkeep.
• Support events planning and resident participation with safe logistics.
• Assist with non-driving duties and internal operations during downtime.
