Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents and manage transport requests in our digital system.
You will also maintain vehicle readiness, assist with programming outings, and support non-driving tasks to keep the community well-coordinated. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be 21+, and have at least three years of licensed driving

The Transportation Coordinator (Driver) plays a critical role in delivering a structured, reliable, and resident-focused transportation program within the community. This role extends beyond driving to include transportation coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.
