Road To Responsibility Inc is hiring Residential Support Staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently and thrive in a home setting. You will work with a supportive team to provide hands-on care, skill-building, and daily living support, turning houses into homes.

The role emphasizes personal care, mobility assistance, appointment coordination, and behavioral support within a team that values impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read and interpret general business communications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Internet use.
• Successful completion of required trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and related disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment; assist with transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports; collaborate with families and care providers.
