Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated team member to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Abington, MA. You will perform case management duties under the Direct Care/Residential Manager, including medication administration, documentation, and program operations.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma (or higher) and a valid driver’s license, with state trainings completed. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Competenze

• Fluent in English with ability to read, interpret, and document program information.
• Experience or education in human services preferred; required trainings completed.
• Must meet state/background requirements and have valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Support and evaluate adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings.
• Perform case management duties and maintain documentation including progress notes and ISP objectives.
• Attend meetings, maintain timely reporting, and ensure safe, compliant program operations.
• Administer medications per procedures and provide transportation as needed.
