Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. seeks dedicated residential support staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently and confidently at home and in the community. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, medical appointments, documentation, and advocacy.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a hands-on environment, with opportunities for growth and a meaningful impact on daily lives.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Serve as a positive role model and advocate for those you support.
