Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Whitman, MA. The role involves case management, documentation, and collaboration with the Residential Manager to safeguard the wellbeing of residents.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo background checks. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Education related to psychology, social work, special education, or related human services is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet.
• Willingness to undergo Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, assessments, and annual reviews for caseload.
• Attend and participate in meetings and chart data.
• Assist with development of behavior plans or other intervention strategies.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in community living per support plans.
• Administer medications as required in accordance with procedures.
• Provide transportation as needed and assist with scheduling appointments.
