Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at a multifamily property. You will show apartments, process applications, and coordinate marketing to keep occupancy high.

You will support the Property Manager, ensure move-in readiness, and use Yardi/OneSite for records. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready by coordinating with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for smooth onboarding.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital channels and email campaigns.
• Coordinate referrals, outreach, and local networking.
