Job summary

Peak Management LLC is hiring a rockstar Maintenance Technician for our 1,200+ unit Ramblewood Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. The role requires hands-on maintenance, HVAC understanding, and electronic troubleshooting to service residents' needs.

On-call rotation is required. Drywall/painting is a plus, and reliable transportation is a must. Peak offers medical, dental and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO (including your birthday) and a sign-on bonus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience including HVAC understanding and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems and components.
• Flexible to participate in on-call rotation and perform general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to residents and maintain building systems.
• Perform maintenance tasks including repairs, drywall and painting as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to work orders.
