Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all company training programs.
• Must complete state-required training to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing as needed; maintain a staggered schedule with RSD.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff and ongoing development.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to meet state regulations and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to policies and health and safety codes for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads, residents services staff, and Executive Director.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan recommendations.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services as needs change.
• Identify and report safety or quality issues to RSD or Executive Director.
• May perform other duties as needed.
