Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor in Irvine, CA to support the Resident Services Director in implementing programs and managing the department. Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; be available to cover staffing when needed.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff; ongoing development.
• Establish and maintain a medication system per regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews; ensure department meets state and company policy.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety codes and regulations for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership.
• Perform assessments and adjust service plans as needed.
• Pursue opportunities to improve quality and safety; report issues.
