Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director and lead the department in day-to-day operations. You will establish a compliant medication system, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety for residents.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting daily reviews, coordinating care plans, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all company training programs.
• Must complete state required training to maintain licensure.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing as needed with RSD.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff; ongoing development.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews and ensure state and company policies.
• Ensure safety and quality, communicate with residents, families, and staff.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Perform assessments and adjust service plans as needed.
