Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Davis, CA seeks a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director, manage a medication system, and ensure quality care for residents. You will supervise staff, provide training, and coordinate daily activities to meet state regulations and company standards.

The role requires RN/LPN/LVN credentials, CPR/First Aid, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Driving may be required; must have a valid license.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN with active credentials.
• Must complete all state required training and Company training programs.
• Ability to work in a team and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Services Director in implementing programs and department functions.
• Establish and maintain a medication system in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and manage on-call coverage.
• Conduct daily quality reviews and ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance and effective communication with residents and families.
• Perform assessments and adjust service plans as needs change.
