Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Part-time Resident Services Associate to join our community management team. You will greet guests, handle calls, draft documents, assist with resident events, and maintain the community website and calendar.

The role supports site management with clerical duties and customer service excellence. The position offers a part-time, flexible schedule with opportunities to grow skills and contribute to a resident-centric community focused on integrity, respect, service, and community

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, knowledge of HOA operations preferred
• Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
• Ability to communicate effectively
• A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
• Computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
• Noting accurate messages and directing them appropriately
• Operating and maintaining office equipment
• Drafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work orders
• Assisting owners with coordinating resident-hosted events
• Updating the association’s website and calendar
• Receiving, preparing and delivering mail, packages and dry cleaning
• Performing other administrative duties as needed
