Job summary

CCMC is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate in Colorado. You will greet guests, answer phones, take messages, and provide clerical support to the site management team in a resident-friendly manner.

You will help with coordinating events, updating calendars, handling mail and packages, and assisting residents with daily needs. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential; a valid Colorado driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, HOA operations preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and commitment to high-quality service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including MS Office

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
• Noting accurate messages and directing them appropriately
• Operating and maintaining office equipment
• Drafting and proofreading association documents including maintenance work orders
• Assisting owners with coordinating resident-hosted events
• Updating the association’s website and calendar
• Receiving, preparing and delivering mail and packages
• Performing other administrative duties as needed
