Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily property operations, financial tasks, and tenant relations. You will handle rent collection, delinquencies, and evictions, while assisting with leasing and reporting to maintain accurate rent rolls and compliance.

Responsibilities include processing move-ins/outs, generating financial reports, and coordinating with maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing.
• Ability to manage rent collection, delinquencies and evictions.
• Strong accounting and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with on-site accounting software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily property operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and review monthly financial and leasing reports.
