Job summary

Everett Housing Authority seeks a Resident Success & Self-Sufficiency Coordinator to deliver comprehensive case management, financial coaching, and self-sufficiency programming for residents in Everett, WA. You will coordinate with property management, Rental Assistance, and community partners to promote housing stability and economic independence.

The role emphasizes outreach, individualized service plans, and collaboration across departments to improve resident outcomes and access to community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, housing, or related field is required with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in social services, housing programs, case management, or financial coaching.
• Strong ability to develop and manage service plans and maintain records in HUD environments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage grants and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and promote the FSS program through outreach, enrollment, and HUD Contracts of Participation.
• Develop participant self-sufficiency plans with measurable goals and ITSPs.
• Provide coaching and case management to support housing stability and economic mobility.
• Deliver employment services including job readiness, planning, and applications.
• Provide financial capability services and education to reduce reliance on government aid.
• Coordinate referrals to health, childcare, legal, and community resources.
• Build partnerships with employers, schools, and social service providers.
• Plan and facilitate employment, education, and financial literacy workshops.
• Monitor progress with data tracking and reports; ensure HUD and EHA compliance.
• Maintain records; manage escrow accounts and annual certifications per HUD guidelines.
