Job summary

Hope Solutions seeks a Properties & Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for El Portal Place, overseeing supportive services and property operations, with 24/7 oversight. The role leads a team delivering trauma-informed, housing‑first services while coordinating with county and HUD partners to ensure resident stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in human services or supportive housing/property management.
• Knowledge of Housing First philosophy and strategies.
• Fair Housing knowledge and compliance orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain LiveScan clearance and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for El Portal Place and on-site team.
• Oversee psychosocial assessments, life skills and housing plans.
• Ensure HUD compliance, rent computations, and unit inspections.
• Maintain HMIS, Apricot, and AppFolio data with finance support.
• Fill unit vacancies within 45 days and communicate with residents.
