Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to join our team in Jacksonville, TX. You will provide outstanding resident-focused service in a fast-paced environment across leasing, property management and related tasks.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe, and experience with property management software. We offer competitive pay, an annual bonus program, generous PTO and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; familiar with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Address property issues and perform general property condition assessments (GPCAs).
• Complete welcome calls and emails to ensure smooth move-in experiences.
• Process Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Make outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and help handle HOA violations.
• Review and act on items on the applicable task list.
