Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for a property in Massachusetts. This part-time, in-office role focuses on resident needs, partnerships with service providers, and program management to stabilize housing and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager, lead volunteers, and ensure data collection and reporting on services and outcomes while supporting residents at risk of housing loss.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in human services or related field and 2+ years’ experience in community service.
• Experience with residents, housing programs, or community development.
• Spanish speaking preferred; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to support needs and goals.
• Develop partnerships with local service providers for housing stability.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to ensure housing stabilization.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers and track program data.
• Manage budgets and administer contracts/grants.
