The Community Builders Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to oversee day-to-day resident services at a designated property in Massachusetts.

You will work with the Community Manager to stabilize housing, manage partnerships with service providers, and lead volunteers on site. Responsibilities include building resident relationships, compiling data on services and outcomes, and supporting budgets and contracts.

Qualificações

• Experience working with senior and non-elderly disabled populations.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and disabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations.
• Respect for diverse cultures and effective planning across programs.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to assess programs.
• Knowledge of housing-related policies; property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Yardi/Efforts to Outcomes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with residents to support needs and goals.

• Engage residents in community-building activities and property care.
• Support residents at risk of losing housing.
• Assist Property Management with inspections and re-certifications.
• Collect data to document services and outcomes.
