Job summary

Landmark Properties in Miami is seeking a Resident Services Manager to assist the Community Manager with daily operations, focusing on rental income, resident relations and service excellence.

You will handle account receivables, support month-end reporting, coordinate maintenance, and help maintain a courteous, professional community. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with prior Entrata experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in various positions in a residential rental community is preferred.
• Student housing experience is STRONGLY preferred.
• Strong financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely collection of rental and miscellaneous income; monitor delinquencies.
• Assist Community Manager with month-end pre-close and reporting.
• Support Accounts Payable and daily financial operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and company data.
• Coordinate staff and participate in staff meetings.
• Walk the property to identify maintenance issues and assist in quarterly inspections.
• Assist in resolving resident conflicts and maintaining a positive community.
