Job summary

The Related Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and leasing for a Miami-area property. You will coordinate repairs, prepare occupancy reports, and assist with marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of apartment management and leasing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day property operations and leasing activities.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare annual recertifications and vacancy/occupancy reporting.
• Interview prospective residents, show apartments, and process leasing.
• Coordinate marketing and property promotions with team.
