Responsibilities

• Oversee timely collection of rental income and delinquent balances.
• Support Community Manager with month-end closings and financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts payable processes and vendor communications.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information.
