Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Assistant Manager in Kent, WA. The role supports property operations, leasing activities, and resident services to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect and post rent, prepare deposits, reconcile accounts, and process invoices.
• Operate property management software and support community operations with Community Manager.
• Assist in leasing, tours, and maintaining accurate leasing documents in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Provide leadership on-site, oversee maintenance coordination, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
