Job summary

CloudTen Residential in the Portland metro area is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of income-producing properties, including leasing, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and resident relations.

You will lead an on-site team, enforce Fair Housing and state laws, manage rent collection, coordinate marketing and renewals, and partner with the Regional Manager to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and state landlord-tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting and resident relations.
• Lead on-site team and enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Manage rent collection, inspections, and move-in/out processes.
• Ensure timely reporting and financial controls.
• Coordinate marketing, renewals, and resident engagement.
