You will handle daily financial transactions, rent collection, and reports, while assisting the Community Manager with administrative duties.

The role covers leasing activities, unit tours, marketing, inspections, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and state laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong understanding of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing standards, and local regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions and tasks related to the community operations, including rent collection and deposits.
• Operates property management software and supports the Community Manager in operations.
• Assist in developing a cohesive on-site team and maintain professional standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with move-in/move-out administration and apartment inspections.
