11Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a designated community in Renton, WA. You will drive leasing, marketing, and financial management while supervising staff to deliver exceptional resident services and maintain high occupancy.

This role emphasizes in-person work and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, processing applications, reporting to stakeholders, and collaborating with HR on staffing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, train, and monitor completion of work.
• Review and approve lease applications per policy.
• Maintain high occupancy through leasing/marketing strategies.
• Monitor market conditions to optimize property performance.
• Increase revenue while controlling expenses and delinquency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident concerns.
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure quality service requests.
