Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operational aspects of an income-producing property in the Bend area. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, and ensure resident relations align with Fair Housing laws while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

The role includes marketing, compliance, and resident services, with an emphasis on transparency, teamwork, and delivering a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and neutrality in interactions.
• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism and quality.
• Inspect common areas and units for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and inspections.
• Oversee payroll submissions and record-keeping.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts in accordance with law.
• Manage daily bank deposits and accounting procedures.
• Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and suggest operational improvements.
• Promote available units through advertising and showings.
• Maintain leasing records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Analyze market trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
• Support resident retention via renewals and engagement.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Provide guidance to the team and resolve concerns.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and fairness.
• Ensure service requests are resolved promptly and safely.
• Ensure adherence to state laws, Fair Housing, ADA, and safety standards.
