Qualifikationen

• Operate front lobby office functions including visitor check-in, phones, security monitoring, email reads and responses.
• Liaise with residents, external providers, and Housing Case Managers to support tenant goals.
• Assist with creating plans to address concerns and support housing stability.
• Distribute notices and materials, ensuring accessibility for language and disability differences.
• Maintain building safety, assist with offsite management, and support volunteers/interns.
