Job summary

Plymouth Housing Group is seeking a Float Residential Specialist to support residents in All Plymouth Buildings, Seattle, WA. You will be part of the Permanent Supportive Housing team, maintaining a safe, welcoming environment 24/7 in line with harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork with Housing Case Managers, and liaison with external partners. Schedule may include variable shifts; unionized role under OPEIU Local 8.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and serving low-income populations.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents in the front lobby and log visitors.
• Coordinate with Housing Case Managers to support resident goals.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness; assist with maintenance requests.
• Distribute notices and communicate accommodations relevant to residents.
• Support volunteers and interns as directed by the Residential Services Manager.
