Job summary

NuPath, Inc. in Woburn, MA is seeking a Full Time Service Worker to join our Residential Day Programs team.

The floater role supports up to four programs with a fixed weekly schedule, providing direct assistance to individuals living with disabilities in a safe, caring environment. Responsibilities include promoting healthy lifestyles, helping clients participate in community activities, maintaining case records, and adhering to agency policies.

Qualifications

• BA degree and CNA are encouraged but not required.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, MAP, PABC trained.
• Male staff is required in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFFQ).

Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist and support the individuals of NuPath Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle, in a clean, safe, secure community life.
• To support individuals, through either day supports or residential supports, to be an integral part of their communities and to choose and participate in the community activities of their choice.
• Ensure all aspects and protocols of case management, advocacy, safety, and community membership, and case records are followed.
• Follow all agency policies and attend/participate actively in staff and supervision meetings.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, Map, PABC trained
• Due to the requirements of this position we are seeking a Male staff in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification Requirement (BFFQ).
