Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Floating Support Staff member to rotate across housing sites in Philadelphia, delivering critical safety, engagement and administrative support. The role requires strong communication, adaptability and the ability to work independently with on-call backup.

The position is full-time with a rotating schedule and includes meal prep, documentation, and crisis response duties to support residents’ stability and recovery within multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate at time of hire or within 90 days.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site health & safety, manage access, log visits and deliveries.
• Document shift briefings and log shift summaries in MS Teams and logs.
• Engage residents and community members with respectful, recovery-focused interactions.
• Attend meetings and trainings as needed, assist with daily living activities and kitchen duties.
• Monitor residents' medication adherence per policy.
