Job summary

Trinity Management, LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized Resident Service Coordinator to support residents across affordable housing communities in Connecticut and New York. The role involves connecting residents with resources, advocating for needs, and developing programs that promote independence, stability, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have experience with social service agencies and enjoy building partnerships that positively impact residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Experience in resident services, case management, or human services required.
• Experience with community agencies and social service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
• Assess resident needs and connect to community resources (financial assistance, healthcare, counseling, transportation, food assistance, and more).
• Advocate for residents by educating them on programs, services and benefits.
• Develop partnerships with local agencies and nonprofits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred
