Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. in Lubbock, TX seeks a Resident Services Manager to oversee resident relations, coordinate with the Property Manager, and maintain Entrata records. You will contribute to marketing events and ensure a high standard of community service.

The role is full-time, with standard hours Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm and occasional evenings or weekends as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 1+ years progressive experience in student housing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing current and future resident relations and coordinate requests.
• Partner with the Property Manager to approve invoices and coordinate services.
• Maintain community files and records in Entrata.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of fees from residents.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and special events.
• Represent the organization at local housing fairs and events.
• Provide updates and monitor the community website and social media.
• Monitor site conditions for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
