The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Resident Services Manager to lead resident relations and deliver a high quality living experience across communities. The role focuses on proactive service, engagement, and efficient operations while supporting leasing, marketing, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include overseeing leasing workflows, crisis management, and community events, with evening or weekend availability during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and manage sensitive conversations.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and community experience initiatives.
• Oversee leasing workflows and generate lease documents in Entrata.
• Support marketing, social media, and resident engagement efforts.
• Coordinate delinquency notices and financial backup follow-up support.
• Manage move-ins, inspections, and unit transfers.
• Assist with seasonal responsibilities and crisis management as needed.
