Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in property management or resident services, proficiency with Entrata, and strong interpersonal skills to handle crises and sensitive conversations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and manage sensitive conversations.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and community experience initiatives.
• Oversee leasing workflows and prepare lease documents in Entrata.
• Support the General Manager with delinquency, financial aid, and notices to vacate.
• Coordinate events to boost resident engagement and retention.
• Manage crisis situations and collaborate with leadership and emergency services.
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts for leasing updates.
