Liberty Military Housing is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, create, coordinate and host events for residents across the region. You will develop high-quality programs, manage logistics, and ensure outstanding service in line with LMH standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to travel to regional locations. You must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for military

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ event planning experience in recreation, hospitality, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a website CMS, Google apps (Gmail), social media, and graphic software (Adobe, InDesign).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to regional locations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and host events and programs for residents across the region.
• Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor/venue relationships.
• Coordinate marketing materials and partner with local organizations.
• Maintain event records, recaps, and attendance data; deliver post-event analysis.
