ConcordRENTS in Spring Hill, FL, is seeking a full-time Leasing & Marketing Specialist for Bridgewater Club to manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations. The role requires LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager; two years in property management preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 subsidies.
• Experience with property management and related software.

Responsabilités

• Lease and market to residents and local businesses, maintain marketing logs and reports.
• Conduct move-in orientations and renewals.
• Generate reports on rent payments, delinquencies, and maintenance status.
• Process on-site rent payments and address damages and policy violations.
• Assist with implementing resident activities and events.
