Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Leasing Assistant to help the Property Manager provide safe, well-maintained housing for residents and oversee front-line services.

The role requires handling leasing documents, rent procedures, and coordinating with HUD regulations while supporting residents and coordinating with the broader team. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as a leasing assistant preferred.
• COS and/or LIHTC experience or certification preferred.
• Property Management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
• Mon-Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with leasing documents and clerical duties.
• Greet residents, show units, and encourage applicant occupancy.
• Investigate complaints and respond to inquiries about occupancy and services.
• Monitor property health, safety, and security for residents and staff.
• Maintain reporting and ensure HUD compliance.
• Assist with budgets and fiscal procedures for the site.
