Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience, including affordable housing programs
• 1-2 years marketing experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Outlook/Word/Excel
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and related laws

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, identify eligibility, conduct tours and secure applications
• Maintain a professional leasing office atmosphere
• Prepare and qualify applications per criteria and program requirements
• Meet monthly leasing goals
• Perform move-in inspections and assist with special projects and reporting
• Handle phone calls and maintain filing for leases and reports
• Complete annual recertifications for HPD PBV residents
