Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, is seeking a Temporary Community Assistant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at our properties. The role requires regular onsite attendance and the ability to close leases while maintaining data accuracy and high service standards.

The position emphasizes customer service, administering leasing paperwork, and contributing to annual marketing plans. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
