Job summary

CAPITAL ASSETS in Tulsa is seeking a dependable Leasing Professional to join our apartment community team. You will conduct tours, process leases, and support residents with renewals while coordinating with maintenance.

The role requires 1 year of sales/leasing/ hospitality or retail customer service, a high school diploma, and familiarity with property management software. Flexibility for weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Process applications, background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Assist residents with renewals and policy questions; coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations.
