Job summary

Housing And Community Services Inc in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, leasing, marketing and resident relations under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You will handle administrative tasks, financial postings, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced affordable housing environment.

Qualifications

• One year of affordable housing management, property management or customer service experience.
• Minimum of High School or GED diploma.
• Experience with Property Management software or YARDI preferred.
• Experience in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
• Certification in CPOS or TDHCA LIHTC Manager preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of assigned property.
• Perform administrative and financial tasks including posting numerical data for records.
• Assist with leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Support compliance with State and Federal regulations.
