Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to help residents achieve housing stability and improved well‑being. You will coordinate services for individuals with IDD, brain injury, and autism, assess needs, and connect families with benefits and community resources in Boulder County.

You will collect data, report outcomes, and work with Imagine! to expand wraparound supports. A degree in human services and relevant housing experience are required, with MSW preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, psychology, public health, or related degree required.
• Three+ years in social work, housing navigation, disability services, or related field.
• Experience with housing systems, eligibility processes, wraparound services, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination to support housing stability, economic development, education, and health and wellness.
• Assist residents with housing applications, benefits, and needs assessments.
• Develop tailored skill-building plans and track progress with data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with residents, caregivers, and community partners to remove barriers and promote housing solutions.
• Maintain annual work plans and program reports; prepare data for presentations.
