Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners is seeking a Resident Services professional to coordinate housing stability for residents, focusing on IDD, brain injury, and autism populations. The role involves assessing needs, mapping benefits, and building skill development while maintaining data and reporting.

The position reports to the Director of Resident Services and collaborates with Imagine! to provide wraparound supports, housing navigation, and community outreach across Boulder County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, psychology, public health, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience in social work, housing navigation, disability services, or related field.
• Experience with housing systems, eligibility processes, and wraparound services.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD, BI, or autism.
• Knowledge of community resources and culturally diverse groups.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Acceptable background information, including criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination to residents to support housing stability, education, and health and wellness.
• Assist individuals with IDD/BI/autism to apply for housing and benefits.
• Develop skill-building plans and assess needs; maintain data and reports.
• Coordinate housing navigation and wraparound services with community partners.
• Promote community building and leadership development through programs and outreach.
• Represent BHP and Imagine! at meetings and events.
• Maintain work plans, program reports, and outcome data.
