Arrow Senior Living in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Resident Services Assistant for a full-time, 9am-5pm role. You will support activities for seniors, engage residents daily, and help coordinate events with a welcoming, home-like environment.

This position requires 18+ age, group activities experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Health screening and a clean driving record are part of the requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in conducting group activities and senior housing.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and solve problems.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Health screening within 6 months and TB test clear.
• Active position with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Clean driving record and chauffeur license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a quality activities program for seniors.
• Know residents well and ensure daily engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate Resident Services events and programming.
• Promote a welcoming, supportive community atmosphere.
