Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• You must possess and maintain the state‑required chauffeur class license.
• You must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• You must be first aid certified.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Active indoors and outdoors in various weather; ladder use required.
• Criminal clearance and fidelity bond eligibility; health screening within 6–7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident transportation needs and ensure timely arrivals to appointments.
• Assist with maintenance duties and safety throughout the community.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents in a safe, professional manner.
