Arrow Senior Living in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, seat guests, and deliver meals with warmth in the dining room.

You will prep tables and assist with service, keep areas tidy, and coordinate with supervisors and Wellness to address dietary changes or absences. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude.

Eligible applicants must be at least 16, be able to read and speak English at 8th grade level, and be criminally cleared.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Required to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain and foster a welcoming environment.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals and organize silverware.
• Buss, sweep and maintain tidiness to ensure a clean community.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes or absences occur.
