Job summary

StoryPoint in Green Bay, WI is seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide efficient and courteous service to residents and visitors. You will handle phone calls, greet guests, coordinate with the Leasing Team, and support daily administrative tasks.

This position offers variety, standing for long periods, and opportunities for advancement in an innovative company. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior front-desk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1–3 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages.
• Know emergency procedures and fire, medical, police protocols.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
